Yes. Westchester is a regular drive for us across the Throgs Neck or Whitestone Bridge, and we plan call times around bridge and Hutchinson River Parkway traffic. For early-morning events such as a golf shotgun start, we build travel into the schedule so the crew is set up well before guests arrive.
How far ahead should we book coverage for a charity golf outing or gala?
As early as your date is set. Spring and fall weekends fill quickly across Westchester and Long Island. Booking early lets us scout the course or venue, plan drone use where the club allows it, and schedule sponsor and honoree interviews. We also need the run of show to place cameras for speeches and awards.
Can you film inside a hospital or on a corporate campus?
Yes, with planning. Hospitals require patient privacy protections, so we work with your communications and compliance teams on locations, signed releases and what can appear in frame. Corporate campuses usually involve security check-in and restrictions on screens and badges. We confirm all of it before the shoot day.
Can one shoot produce content for several audiences?
That is often the most efficient approach in Westchester. A single day of interviews and campus footage can be cut into a recruiting video, a donor or member piece, and short social clips. We plan the questions and shot list with each audience in mind so nothing needs to be reshot later.
